My Background
In February 1982, I was fortunate to start a life in the workforce as an apprentice in steel fabrication, was a big thing in a small country town and earning my first income as a employee.
Once I was out of my apprenticeship, I never worked in this industry again, but some of the skills learnt still plays a role today. Then 1990 was a game changer for me, living in a capital city, working on major defence projects pointed me in a new direction involving computers, managing engineering data throughout the companies via paper and electronic means, a taste of electronic/digital world upon us.
Everything Changed
For over 4 decades working in an area of major defence/infrastructure projects that I’ve been passionate about has made me who I am today. Work has taken me around many major cities of Australia and overseas, making new friends along the way pretty cool huh, well Yes and No.
The Real Problem
Working away from home, family and friend’s sucks…. we all must work in life to pay for the life we live “I get that, we all get that” but hardest part is being away from what’s dear to us. ‘A change is needed’ and fast, bulk of the work today maybe short time assignments, or not finding working before the next role comes along becomes frustrating and if retirement isn’t too far away, retirement funds are insufficient becomes a problem. A decision had to be made to sell the house and begin rent as financial debt pressures started to take over and a huge amount of our money was going straight to the bank, interest rates, cost of living, utility services, food, insurances all going up is completely out of control plus wasn’t able to even negotiate a pay rise with my employer, so terrible. “A change is Needed"
My Solution
Being out of work living on my wife income, with anxiety and stress setting in, continuously looking for new employment online I stumbled a pond a video link about “Learn How to Start and Grow a Business Online” and straight away I related to it. Having watched the free on demand video workshop series, invest in and believe in myself to following the step-by-step modules, completing the lessons I’ve transfer from an employee mind set to an entrepreneur mind set and earn an income through automated online income stream.
Today I still pinch myself that I can make income online, just by not being Infront of my computer or it’s turned off still making an income and from here my life had turned for the better, just by having a Passion, wiliness to learn and take the time to invest in myself.
The Results
By earning a month-by-month automated income which increases each month without relying on my boss for a pay rise has changed the way I see and do things life, a more independent life with a lot more freedom spent with my family and dear friends.
By believing in myself, follow my passion and commitments to DO IT a game changer.
My Key Learning
If you are looking for geographical freedom, work from your laptop earning an automated income, then take a look at the videos, as I did and it completely changed my life for the better.
If you believe it’s not for you, then nothing lots and continues on doing what you wish.
